Welcome to the official Idaho Vandals basketball page. The program, based at the University of Idaho in Moscow, competes in the Big Sky Conference and plays home games at the ICCU Arena, a modern venue opened in 2021 with a seating capacity of approximately 4,200. Led by head coach Alex Pribble (3rd season in 2025–26, hired in 2023), the Vandals celebrate 120 years of men's basketball in 2025–26. Historically, Idaho’s program has four NCAA Tournament appearances, with the 1981–82 squad posting a remarkable 27–3 season and reaching the Sweet Sixteen under coach Don Monson. The 2024–25 season set a school record with 308 made three-pointers, and the program earned the Big Sky Presidents' Cup that year. The 2025–26 schedule includes notable non-conference games against Boise State and Notre Dame, with Big Sky play beginning in January 2026 and the Big Sky Tournament returning to Boise from March 7–11, 2026.
