Immaculate Machine is a Victoria, British Columbia-based indie pop/indie rock band known for their melodic, hook-driven songs and collaborative roots. Featuring prominent Canadian musician Kathryn Calder (who would later become a member of The New Pornographers), along with Brooke Gallupe and Luke Kozlowski, the band left a distinct mark on the early- to mid-2000s Canadian indie scene. Their work with Mint Records helped shape a bright, jangly sound that resonated with fans of indie pop and guitar-driven indie rock alike.
