Miranda grew up alongside New York City’s vibrant Latin music scene, which would become his launchpad and home base for decades of celebrated performances. His nickname, El Niño Bonito de la Salsa, came early in his career thanks to his youthful energy, emotive delivery, and charismatic stage presence.
