Ispiracion Flamenca is the intimate, repertory flamenco company founded in 2008 by Julia Chacón. Originally established as Inspiración Flamenca in Santa Fe, NM, the project is now based in Phoenix as Julia Chacón Flamenco Theatre. The company delivers powerful, close-up flamenco that blends dance, cante (vocals), and guitar into memorable, full-length performances. Since 2014, they've produced more than 55 intimate concerts in the Phoenix area, earning a reputation for passionate storytelling through flamenco.

Led by a former Cuadro dancer in Seville, Julia Chacón brings deep training, regional style knowledge, and a commitment to nurturing local talent. Ispiracion Flamenca has earned recognition as a resident artist with Scottsdale’s performing arts community, a milestone that marks its influence in the region’s cultural landscape.
