The documented stage experience
It's A Wonderful Life is the creative project led by Mark Linkous, the driving force behind Sparklehorse. Active primarily from 1995 through 2010, this project produced some of indie rock's most cherished recordings. While Sparklehorse as a live act hasn’t toured since Linkous's passing in 2010, the legacy persists through reissues, archival releases, and ongoing fan interest across platforms like Bandcamp and SoundCloud. Below you'll find a concise biography, a highlight reel of discography, and context about past and potential future live events.
