Jacob Sustaita is a dynamic conductor and educator shaping orchestral performance and music education across California. Since fall 2020, he has served as Assistant Conductor with the Pacific Symphony and as Music Director of the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra (PSYO). He also directs the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) Symphony Orchestra, bringing high-level repertoire and mentorship to young musicians.
