As founder and operator of the ODD SOUND label, he has built a distinctive voice in contemporary jazz—combining bold improvisation with storytelling that invites listeners into scent-inspired sonic landscapes. With a career spanning from 2005 to the present, Seguin has earned critical acclaim, including a Juno Award for Solo Jazz Album of the Year for MiGRATIONS (2019) and a Félix Award for jazz album of the year for the same release.
