Biography
- Born 24 September 1978 in Nerva, Spain. Perianes established himself on the international concert scene with compelling interpretations of Spanish and Romantic–Modernist piano literature.
- Prizewinner and award recipient: Premio Nacional de Música (Spain) in 2012 and ICMA Artist of the Year in 2019, recognizing his exceptional artistic contributions.
- Specializes in Spanish and Latin repertoire, with notable focus on composers such as Granados and Mompou, alongside Scarlatti, Chopin, and Ravel. Recordings are released on Harmonia Mundi, showcasing a blend of technical clarity and lyrical expression.
