Josh Paxton studied piano with Ellis Marsalis at the University of New Orleans, earning a master’s in Jazz Piano. He has toured and recorded with Bruce Hornsby, Maria Muldaur, the Wild Magnolias, Debbie Davis, and others. Paxton is also an educator and author, known for publishing James Booker and Professor Longhair transcriptions with Hal Leonard.
