Based on the dating primer Joyce Jackson Goes on a Date, this production was crafted by Scott Logsdon (book/lyrics) and Steve Marzullo (music). Produced by the Florida Theatrical Association, it earned recognition as a 2016 New Musical Discovery Series winner and premiered as a limited engagement in Orlando at The Abbey in Downtown Orlando, running August 4–14, 2017.
