Hoglund Ballpark, opened in 1958 and enhanced over the years (major upgrades in 1987, 2010, and 2024), seats 2,500 and serves as the home of Kansas Jayhawks baseball. The 2025 season features a robust 54-game slate, including 27 home games in Lawrence and 30 Big 12 conference games. The Jayhawks will kick off the road schedule with a four-game series at Whataburger Field in Corpus Christi, TX, facing Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Feb 14–17, 2025). Home highlights include early series against Omaha (Feb 27) and a neutral-site Wichita game (Mar 1) vs Omaha, with additional neutral-site action Mar 1 vs UW-Milwaukee due to arena conflicts at Allen Fieldhouse. The team earned postseason placement in the 2025 NCAA Tournament with postseason play at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX (May 21–24, 2025) for the Phillips 66 Big 12 Championship. Coach Dan Fitzgerald was named Big 12 Coach of the Year in 2025 and later signed a six-year contract extension. Notable All-America honors went to Brady Ballinger and Jackson Hauge, marking KU’s first All-America duo since 1996/2009.
