KUPSFest Tickets

KUPSfest is a community-driven, student-focused music festival organized by KUPS 90.1 FM The Sound at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. The festival showcases a diverse lineup of local community bands spanning folk, indie rock, and other genres in a festival-style program designed to spotlight up-and-coming artists and foster community engagement. Venues rotate around Tacoma, with the traditional anchor showing at the Spanish Ballroom, McMenamins, offering an intimate setting for live performances.

Known for recognizing and promoting emerging talent, KUPS has earned national accolades, including recognition on The Princeton Review Best College Radio Station list and MTVu-era acknowledgments. KUPSfest serves as a practical, accessible platform for local musicians to share their sound with campus and the broader Tacoma community, making it easy to secure your seats and support student artists.

Upcoming editions bring fresh lineups and convenient access. Be sure to check the dates, as each event runs independently, with doors opening and tickets released separately. For the spring edition, plan ahead for the best available price tickets and a 9:00 PM–11:00 PM show window at the Spanish Ballroom. The fall edition features five Tacoma acts (four from the University), with tickets going live on $date_to_be_announced$ and doors at 7:00 PM for an 8:00 PM show.
