Lavender Wild Fest's journey began with a vision to create inclusive festival spaces in Canada. The inaugural edition on June 4, 2023 at RBC Echo Beach in Toronto featured headliner girl in red and a compelling 2SLGBTQ+ lineup across two stages, including Hayley Kiyoko, Daya, The Aces, and G Flip. The 2024 edition, held on August 24, 2024 at History in Toronto, spotlighted Slayyyter with a DJ Set by Rebecca Black, with proceeds supporting The Get Real Movement and Glad Day Bookshop. The festival operates with support from Live Nation Canada and maintains a consistent presence across social media and its official site to keep fans connected.
