Les Francos De Montreal is a premier Francophone music festival and performance series rooted in Montreal's vibrant culture. Founded in 1989 by Jean-Louis Foulquier, Alain Simard, and Guy Latraverse as part of the FrancoFolies de Montréal, the organization rebranded in 2018 to reflect a broader Francophone mission. Its aim is to promote French-language music and facilitate the circulation of Francophone artists worldwide. The festival typically hosts around 150 shows over roughly nine days, blending free outdoor concerts with intimate indoor performances across downtown Montreal's Quartier des Spectacles and neighboring venues.
