Lost Leaders is a collaborative project founded by Byron Isaacs—best known for his work with The Lumineers—and Peter Cole. Emerging from a barn in Levon Helm’s Woodstock, NY, in 2011, the duo crafts intimate, roots-informed Americana that blends narrative songwriting with rugged folk textures. The project brings together seasoned musicianship and heartfelt storytelling, delivering live performances that resonate with listeners who value authentic, songwriter-led rock and folk.

Based in the Hudson Valley and beyond, Lost Leaders has released a sequence of well-regarded records that showcase their evolving sound. From their self-titled debut to later records, the duo has earned radio airplay and a steadily growing fan base thanks to their emotive performances and thoughtful arrangements.
