Loyola Symphony Orchestra Tickets

The Loyola Symphony Orchestra is the premiere on-campus orchestral ensemble at Loyola University New Orleans, bringing together approximately 60–70 performers under the direction of Dr. Jean Montes, Director of Orchestral Studies. Known for a dynamic blend of major classical works and contemporary compositions, the ensemble frequently collaborates with the university's ballet and opera programs to create compelling cross-disciplinary performances on campus.

Based in New Orleans, the group leverages Loyola’s vibrant cultural setting, performing in the Louis J. Roussel Performance Hall (often labeled Roussel Hall) on Loyola’s campus. The orchestra’s programming highlights traditional symphonic repertoire alongside new works, reflecting a commitment to both heritage and innovation in classical music.
