Since forming in 2017, this quartet has built a reputation for high-energy, genre-blending performances that fuse jazz, funk, R&B, and pop influences. Led by Brody Steck (vocals, piano, guitar) with Caleb Schiebel on drums, Johnny Leander on guitar, and James Lepinsky on bass, Makeup Girl continues to push creative boundaries in intimate DC venues and beyond.
