Micah Schnabel is a Columbus, Ohio-based singer-songwriter and the co-frontman of the indie rock duo Two Cow Garage, a band he helped form in 2001. Beyond his work with the band, Schnabel pursues a prolific solo career and collaborative projects that emphasize storytelling, intimate vocal delivery, and concise, narrative-driven songwriting. His work spans from early solo records to recent releases that reflect ongoing experimentation and social engagement, all rooted in the Midwest’s DIY music scene.

On the solo side, Schnabel released When The Stage Lights Go Dim in 2010 (Suburban Home; reissued 2016) and I\'m Dead, Serious in 2012 (Suburban Home). In 2025–2026 he continued with new material, including Rinse, Repeat (Feb 2025), NO XMAS CARDS FOR FASCISTS (Jul 2025), and an audiobook project, The Clown Watches The Clock (Jul 2025). A collaborative project titled The Great Degradation with Vanessa Jean Speckman is planned for 2026. His ongoing touring keeps him connected with audiences across the United States, particularly in the Southeast and Midwest, with recent stops in Lexington, Decatur, Chattanooga, Columbus (Ace of Cups), and Newport at Southgate House Revival.
