Modi Rosenfield, born Mordechi Rosenfeld in Tel Aviv (1970) and raised in Woodmere, NY, is a comedian who blends psychology, cantorial music, and sharp observational humor. A former Merrill Lynch banker turned performer, Modi has become a staple in Jewish and Orthodox comedy circles. He hosts the And Here's Modi podcast and is a co-founder of the Chosen Comedy Festival, alongside Elon Gold and Dani Zoldan. In 2018, New York City proudly declared June 26 as Mordechi Modi Rosenfeld Day, honoring his impact on comedy and Jewish culture. In 2024, he was inducted into ANU – Museum of the Jewish People Hall of Fame for Jewish Humor. Modi’s debut stand-up special, Know Your Audience, was released in March 2024 and is available on YouTube. His touring continues into 2025 and beyond, bringing thoughtful humor to audiences around the world.
