Noble Rot is a dynamic collaboration between Alex Edkins of METZ and Graham Walsh of Holy Fuck. Fusing post-punk immediacy with cosmic textures, ambient electronics, and danceable rhythms, Noble Rot creates immersive soundscapes that move from hypnotic ambience to propulsive grooves. Their work sits at the intersection of raw guitar energy and experimental electronic exploration, making each release a fresh and compelling listening experience.

The duo’s debut LP, Heavenly Bodies, Repetition, Control, arrived on March 24, 2023 via Joyful Noise Recordings, highlighting collaborations such as Colin Newman of Wire and Malka Spigel on Casting No Light. The project continued to evolve with a self-titled release in 2006 on Angry Picnic Records and ongoing explorations of texture and rhythm.
