The Mean Green's recent achievements include co-champions of the 2023-24 AAC regular season and a program-record 25-9 overall mark with a 15-3 record in conference play during the 2024-25 season. In post-season play, UNT reached the WNIT Round of 16, and the 2024 AAC postseason awards recognized standout performances: Jason Burton was named AAC Coach of the Year; Kernal and Lampkin earned first-team All-Conference honors; and Robinson was named Sixth Player of the Year.
