Omaha Rollergirls, now known as Omaha Roller Derby (ORD), is a cornerstone of roller derby in Nebraska. Founded in January 2006 by Erica Tremblay, the organization officially rebranded to Omaha Roller Derby in 2019 while retaining the same community-driven spirit. ORD supports two adult teams, All-Stars (travel) and AAA (B team), plus a robust junior program, the Omaha Junior Roller Derby (OJRD). As a long-standing member of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) since 2008, ORD has hosted major events and built a loyal local and regional following.
