Openair St. Gallen is one of Switzerland’s premier open-air festivals, founded in 1977 by Freddy Geiger (aka Gagi). What began as a small festival in Abtwil grew into a multi-stage celebration hosted at Sittertobel, just outside St. Gallen. The grounds feature several stages including Sitterbühne, Sternenbühne, Intro, Day Dance, and Plaza, among others, delivering a diverse mix of rock, pop, indie, and electronic music to roughly 90,000–110,000 attendees annually.
