The live experience
What reaches the room
Opry Night is a rotating community event that brings together local and regional performers for traditional storytelling and classic old-time and bluegrass music. Held primarily at the Pocahontas County Opera House in Marlinton, WV, these evenings celebrate regional roots, engage schools through outreach, and provide accessible live entertainment for music lovers of all ages. On stage you might see a mix of storytellers, instrumentalists, and vocalists who share songs, anecdotes, and a sense of place that defines Appalachia.
