People behind the production
Otis Williams, born Otis Miles Jr. on October 30, 1941, in Texarkana, Texas, is a foundational figure in American soul and R&B. As a co-founder of The Temptations in Detroit, Michigan, he helped shape the sound of Motown and the enduring legacy of one of the most celebrated groups in music history. Williams remains the only surviving original Temptation and owns the rights to the Temptations name, guiding the brand through decades of hits and tours. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989 as a Temptation, Williams' influence extends from stage to screen, including Broadway where he contributed to the choreography of Ain’t Too Proud, which earned a Tony Award in 2019. His career spans over six decades, marked by four Grammy Awards won by the group and a steadfast commitment to touring and sharing their music with fans around the world.
