Peace, Love & Rock n Roll is the holiday edition of Omaha, Nebraska’s long-running LGBTQ+ mixed chorus, known as RCMC. Founded in 1984, RCMC is one of the oldest LGBTQ+ choral organizations in the United States and comprises approximately 140–160+ singers. The chorus predominantly performs at two landmark venues in Omaha — the Holland Performing Arts Center and the Orpheum Theater — delivering high-energy, heartfelt performances that blend contemporary anthems with classical choral artistry. In 2024, the chorus presented a vibrant holiday program titled Peace, Love & Rock-N-Roll. The 2025 holiday edition is billed as Hope for the Holidays and features a show on December 6, 2025, at the Holland Performing Arts Center. RCMC also embraces new works and community engagement, including the world premiere of Sincerely Yours, Pauli Murray in April 2025, reflecting the group’s commitment to inclusive, transformative art.
