Biography
Porters formed in 2019 in Pittsburgh, PA, when Liam Domian (vocals/guitar) and Layne Balla (drums) joined forces to fuse aggressive alternative metal elements with nu metal and 90s grunge textures. The duo quickly established a compelling, riff-driven sound that balances heavy intensity with melodic hooks. Their early work culminated in the self-titled EP released in July 2021, which helped them gain traction in the regional scene and beyond.
