Today, the eight-member ensemble leads workshops, conducts masterclasses, and delivers performances that connect seasoned Chicago jazz veterans with aspiring young musicians. Led by Pat Mallinger, with notable figures like Pharez Whitted and Bobby Broom among its ranks, the group embodies a commitment to artistic excellence and community education.
