Welcome to the official page for Regent Royals Women's Basketball. Under new leadership from head coach Donte Minter, appointed May 16, 2024, Regent is on a thoughtful path toward NCAA Division III membership. The program joined the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) with a goal of full DIII competition by 2025-26 and eventual full membership by 2028-29. Season notes for 2025-26 include nine home games and seven conference matchups. The Royals open the season on November 8, 2025 with an away game at Eastern Mennonite University, and their first C2C conference game is set for January 10, 2026 against Mary Washington.
