The Stambaugh Youth Concert Band (SYCB) is a hardworking, community-rooted youth wind ensemble based at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, Ohio. Since its founding in 2001 by Thomas A. Groth and Barbara Armstrong, SYCB has grown into a respected platform for young musicians to develop performance excellence, collaborate with partner ensembles, and showcase their talents in regional invitational events.
