From the North Side of Chicago to stages around the country, Sydny August has carved a distinct path in modern R&B and soulful storytelling. Emerging from the city’s indie/underground scene since 2016, she soon joined forces with Lil Durk’s Only The Family (OTF), contributing to The Voice Deluxe and establishing herself as a compelling voice in contemporary soul. Her debut album Miss August arrived in 2020, written and released through Miss August LLC during quarantine, and she followed with Damage Control in 2025.
