Founded by veteran film critic Harlan Jacobson, Talk Cinema blends the camaraderie of a trusted insider with the excitement of first-look cinema. Our format centers on conversation as much as on the screen, offering audiences a deeper understanding of a film’s origins, themes, and craft.

With primary venues at Bryn Mawr Film Institute in Bryn Mawr, PA, and The Speed Museum in Louisville, KY, Talk Cinema also hosts occasional pop-up screenings in New York City and other destinations.
