The Blues Prophets Tickets

Formed in 1976 in Maine as The New England Blues Prophets, The Blues Prophets have built a durable, road-tested sound that blends classic blues with a modern, roots-driven energy. Core members — Doug Wainoris, DW Gill, Jamie Isaacson, Jeff Davison, and Jack Tukey — built a reputation touring major blues hubs like Chicago, New Orleans, DC, Boston, and their home region of Maine. The band released their self-titled Blues Prophets LP in 1978 on Astro-Jet Records, establishing a solid foothold in the American blues scene. Over the decades, they continued to release material that fans describe as authentic, groove-forward blues. In 2012 they issued Keep On Jukin’, with a digital release following in 2014, under Blues Prophets (self-released).
