The Boy Who Cried Wolf emerged from Bucharest in 2013 when two local bands, Chester and Breathelast, merged with key collaborators to form a new force in the Romanian underground. Driven by intense live energy and a fusion of hardcore, metal, and punk, they’ve built a reputation for high-octane performances and gritty, anthemic tracks. The project has continued to evolve with a modern lineup, including collaboration from Alex (Backstage Hero / PZFI) and Şerban‑Ionuţ (White Walls), and a dedication to keeping the hardcore spirit fresh and relevant.
