The Gone Ghosts are a North Carolina-based alt-country Americana rock band known for storytelling-driven songs and rootsy guitar textures. Formed in 2018 by Dave Hedeman and Dillon Partin, the group soon expanded with Justin Bowlin and Scott Jones, solidifying their sound rooted in Carrboro, NC. Since releasing their self-released full-length No Voice To The Wicked in 2022, The Gone Ghosts have continued to tour and evolve, blending vivid narratives with patient, melodic arrangements. In 2025, they issued the single Murderland and the True 'Til Death EP with Eliza Mae, continuing a growing presence on the regional indie scene. The band has been active on the road across North Carolina and the Southeast, performing in Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Clayton, Greensboro, and other venues as part of all-Y’all Records ventures.
