The Magic City Nutcracker Tickets

The Magic City Nutcracker is Birmingham’s beloved community ballet, presenting its 12th annual production at The Lyric Theatre. Established in 2012 by Kelly Avery, Stephanie Frances (Rangel), Angel White, and Leslie DuPont, the company grew into a broader outreach through Magic City Performing Arts (MCPA) in spring 2021. This traditional Nutcracker features 260 local dancers alongside guest artists from Mauro Ballet, delivering a festive, family-friendly interpretation of the classic holiday favorite.

Performances take place at The Lyric Theatre in Birmingham, Alabama.
