The New Iberians emerge from the late ’90s Northwest scene, evolving from the band Mumbo Gumbo into a tight, touring act that has become a staple in Oregon and Washington. With a sound rooted in blues, zydeco, and Cajun influences, they blend high-energy rhythms with soulful melodies, drawing on Northwest rock and blues sensibilities. Since 2011, the current lineup has carried the band forward, delivering engaging live performances at festivals, Mardi Gras celebrations, and intimate venues across the Pacific Northwest. If you’re looking for authentic roots and a rollicking live show, The New Iberians bring that and more to every stage.
