The Vanishing Seattle Variety Show Tickets

The Vanishing Seattle Variety Show (VSVS) is a collaborative, multiform arts experience born from the Vanishing Seattle movement, which began in 2016 to document displaced Seattle institutions and culture. Co-hosted by Vanishing Seattle founder Cynthia Brothers and local comedian Shannon Koyano, VSVS blends stand-up, storytelling, drag, film, and live music into a single, ever-evolving night of performance. Each edition showcases a rotating lineup of performers and serves as a living archive of Seattle’s changing cultural landscape.

VSVS often aligns with The Crocodile’s We Were Here exhibit, highlighting signs from iconic Seattle venues that are no longer active. This synergy creates a unique context where past venues meet current performances, inviting audiences to reflect on Seattle’s creative history while enjoying contemporary talent.
