Thy Will Be Done: An Easter Oratorio is a transformative sacred work by composer Angela Rice. Debuted in 2012 with the Bluegrass Opera and expanded into a full-scale oratorio by 2014, this 90-minute piece features soloists, a full choir, and an orchestra in a powerful musical narrative of Easter. The project gained a significant milestone with its 2018 New York premiere at Lincoln Center (David Geffen Hall) with the National Chorale, underscoring its impact in contemporary sacred music.
