The Toccoa Ritz Bluegrass Festival is more than a series of performances; it’s a community-driven celebration of bluegrass heritage in the foothills of Georgia. Founded by EDGAR LOUDERMILK Music Productions, the festival launched in 2023 at the Ritz Theatre, a landmark venue whose restoration earned recognition from the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.
