Biography

Le Trio Joubran formed in 2004 in Nazareth with brothers Samir (oud), Wissam (oud), and Adnan (oud), soon joined by percussionist Youssef Hbeisch. They are widely regarded as the first professional oud trio and have built a reputation for intimate, maqam-informed improvisations and textural crossovers.
