UTEP Symphony Orchestra In Concert Tickets

The UTEP Symphony Orchestra In Concert brings together world-class orchestral talent under the direction of Dr. Christopher Ramaekers, Associate Professor and Director of Orchestras at UTEP. Known for blending classical masterworks with cross-genre collaborations, the ensemble collaborates closely with the UTEP Choral Area to create dynamic, cinematic performances in El Paso and beyond. Ramaekers, a former winner of the 2011 American Prize in Orchestral Conducting, leads rehearsals and concerts with a commitment to precision, expression, and education. Rehearsals run Mondays through Thursdays from 3:00–4:20 pm, with full ensemble sessions on Monday/Wednesday and strings-only sessions on Tuesday/Thursday. Most performances take place in Fox Fine Arts Recital Hall (485 seats), while larger events may be held in Magoffin Auditorium (1,200 seats).
