Womxyn Amplify is a dynamic LGBTQIA+ artist collective led by Sonic, a Bay Area-born R&B/soul singer who first gained exposure on The Voice (Season 8, 2015). Since forming Womxyn Amplify Vibrations (W.A.V) in 2018, the group has positioned itself as a collaborative powerhouse dedicated to amplifying queer and trans womxn of color artists. National Sawdust recognized Sonic as its Season 5 Artist-in-Residence, with Womxyn Amplify acting as the collaborative producer/creative team behind the Seasons multimedia concert.
