Writer's Block Atlanta is an indie duo built to bring communities together through music. Formed in 2022 by Blane and Olivia Zoe Conant, the pair began their journey as ATL transplants crafting intimate, house-show–level experiences that feel like you’re catching up with friends who write about real life. After finishing their first album at Mr. Wattson’s Chocolate Shop in Atlanta, they relocated to Columbia, SC, in 2024 and began weaving a regional presence with the Recess On The River (ROTR) concert series. Their 2024 release Too Much To Dream (The Chocolate Shop Demos) on Bonsai Records, LLC set the stage for a steady stream of new music and community-focused performances. In 2025 they released a string of singles, including 10 pc. (Nov 28, 2025), Never Been A Problem (Oct 15, 2025), Ain't Got Time (Jul 23, 2025), and Hope You Do Your Thing (Apr 30, 2025). Rather than a traditional national tour, Writer's Block Atlanta has centered live activity around ROTR events and local performances, keeping their shows intimate and accessible.
