Founded in 1989 by Zvi Gotheiner, Zvidance is a New York City-based contemporary dance company known for its distinctive blend of modern movement, folk influences, and multimedia storytelling. Under the leadership of artistic director Zvi Gotheiner, the company creates immersive performances that fuse original scores, video projections, and dynamic collaborations. Zvidance regularly graces major NYC stages such as BAM, the Joyce Theater, New York Live Arts, and Lincoln Center Out-of-Doors, and has toured distinguished venues including Jacob’s Pillow and the American Dance Festival. As a non-profit organization, ZviDance relies on donations to support its creative activities and community outreach.
