ZYX - Band originated in 2003 as part of Hello! Project Kids, led by Mari Yaguchi of Morning Musume. The group released two singles in 2003, Iku ZYX! Fly High and Shiroi Tokyo, which charted on Oricon and helped establish a legacy within the J-pop scene. After a revival as ZYX-α in 2009 and continued activity through various Hello! Project configurations until around 2011, the group has remained a significant part of early-2000s Japanese pop history. Fans remember their appearances on compilations like Petit Best 4 (2003) and Mega Best (2008). A brief reunion occurred in 2015 for Berryz Kobo Matsuri. While there are no publicly documented 2025 tour dates, the legacy persists in fan communities and historical discographies. We’ve got you covered with the latest available information and a reliable viewing of their impact on J-pop culture.
