While the new stadium aims for ~22,500 seats, the site’s current focus remains on accessible, flexible event spaces and the ongoing Swap Meet in the parking area.

Seating and event access: The ongoing project does not publish a formal public seating chart for the future facility. Plan on a modern, flexible seating concept targeting roughly 22,500 seats at the new venue, with capacity adjustments possible as funding progresses. Parking: Parking gates are cash-only. Typical rates for stadium events (excluding Pro/Sports) are the best available price per car, the best available price per car for professional sports events and concerts, and the best available price per bus.
