American Theatre of Actors (ATA) is a four-space repertory theatre complex located in the heart of Manhattan’s Theatre District. With intimate proscenium spaces and a theatre-in-the-round, ATA has hosted hundreds of productions and notable performers, from early runs of Urinetown to contemporary indie and off-Broadway works. The historic complex includes the Cullum Theatre (formerly the Chernuchin Theatre, renamed John Cullum Theatre in 2015) and Sargent Theatre, both proscenium stages, the Beckmann Theatre in-the-round, and the private ATA Company Space.
