- Main venue: Drill Hall, capacity up to 1,500 people (RBC Stage, big-sound concert space).
- Smaller venue: Sergeants Mess Hall, about 300 capacity (178 seated).
- Other spaces: The Commissary open-air food market; Exhibition Hall opened in summer 2025.
- Parking: parking accessible via the Service Entrance south of the main entrance along County Road 22.
- Transit: County Transit partnered to run the Picton Summer Loop in 2024; 2025 saw a Summer Weekend Connector service linking Picton with nearby towns.
