Note: The property was renamed and is rebranding as Gurney's Lake Tahoe Resort & Spa, with renovation plans underway and a Spring 2027 reopening after the 2025 sale to BLDG Management. As of now, Beach Retreat & Lodge at Tahoe remains the current venue identity for event planning purposes, with continued operations and event spaces described below.
Seating options are flexible across multiple venues, including the Lakeview Ballroom & Deck (up to 200 guests), Lakeview Room (up to ~110), Mountain View A (~40), Mountain View B (~50), Beachfront Tent (~150–200), and Boathouse on the Pier (~35). On-site dining features Sidelines Pub and Boathouse on the Pier, perfect for pre- or post-event meals and receptions. Complimentary on-site parking is available with at least one free spot per reservation, plus accessible parking. Transit services include a winter shuttle to Heavenly Mountain, and guests enjoy easy access to Heavenly Village and nearby casinos. The property also offers an on-site marina and water activities, aligning with a lakefront lifestyle for memorable events.
